Car Sales Representative/Consultant

Ron Tonkin Honda is the largest Honda dealership in Portland. With that being said, we need a highly driven Car Sales Representative/Consultant to join our Sales Team! Our dealership is very family-focused. Not only do we feel like family is important, but we also treat each other as a family as well.

Our Car Sales Representatives/Consultants are the backbone of our Sales Department. It will be expected of you to persuade leads to come to the dealership and purchase a vehicle. The ideal Car Sales Representative/Consultant is going to be able to efficiently assist clients through the purchasing process while providing a warm, welcoming feel.

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers through by purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.

• Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.

• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.

This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

• Driver's License.

• Previous sales experience.

• Automotive sales experience is NOT required but strongly preferred.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
