We are seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Manager to join our team at Ron Tonkin Hyundai. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in automotive sales, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Car Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.

• Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance their performance and productivity.

• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the Hyundai product lineup and market trends.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

• Manage inventory levels and work with the finance department to optimize sales.

Qualifications

Car Sales Manager Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• High level of customer service orientation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of the Hyundai brand and automotive market trends is a plus.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid driver's license.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, THC not included.
