What does a Car Care Operations Manager do?

• Manages the repair operation, including efficient and appropriate scheduling of shop technicians and assigned repair orders.

• Responsible for overseeing maintenance of all shop-owned equipment and tools.

• Works with mechanics to diagnose vehicle problems.

To be successful as a Car Care Operations Manager, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.

• Must have ten (10) years of experience as a Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or Repair Shop Manager.

• Must possess a valid driver's License.

• ASE or relevant factory training is required.
