Capture Manager

As a Capture Manager at Ampsight, you will be responsible for leading the capture efforts for various federal contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and drive successful business pursuits. Your engaging communication style and ability to build relationships will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of capture activities, from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
• Develop and execute capture strategies and tactics to maximize win probability.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target clients and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling solutions and win themes.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
• Prepare and present capture status updates to senior leadership.
• Participate in proposal development and review processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal capture management or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of the federal procurement process and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully capturing federal contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
