Enviva is seeking to add a Capital Markets Analyst for its Treasury team.

Reporting to the Treasury Director, the Capital Markets Analyst will support the firm's capital markets and investor relations activities. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, well-organized individual who is looking to develop his/her career within a dynamic, high growth environment.

Responsibilities:

Capital Markets

  • Assist with managing the Company's credit facilities, unsecured bonds and other debt, including calculating credit metrics and other key financial ratios, overseeing periodic payments and preparing annual/quarterly debt compliance packages

  • Assist with the execution of derivatives hedging programs

  • Assist with financing including debt and equity issuance.

  • Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and other financial and business analysis as needed.

Investor Relations

  • Assist with creation and regular updates of Investor Relations presentations and other materials.

  • Perform investor relations research and analysis as needed.

  • Schedule investors/analysts/rating agency meetings and conferences. Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and the publications of press releases.

  • Assist with the management of investor correspondence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of two years of professional experiences in an accounting/finance related field including treasury, accounting, capital markets, corporate finance, FP&A, etc.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and well organized

  • Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, and assume additional responsibilities as required

  • Ability to develop solid, trusted relationships.

  • Strong MS Excel financial modeling skills and ability to produce high quality PowerPoint presentations

  • Strong computer skills. Familiarity and experiences with Bloomberg helpful.

Join our team of national-level analysts and technical experts supporting decision-makers and policy development for the mission to lead and support the counterintelligence and security activities of the US Government, the US Intelligence Community, and US private sector entities. The CI Security Research and Personnel Security Analyst will: * Provide strategic analysis and recommendations for current and future programs to support CI and security missions * Assist in policy research to revise national policies to reflect adjudications and communicate directly with stakeholders across the Executive Branch * Provide executive secretariat support to the enable the conduct of the DNI Security Board governance of the USIC security programs * Aid in the development and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures associated with responsibilities for Industrial Security, Allied Partners, and security mission reviews. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: coordination and interaction with FVEY partners on varied security issues; conduct of security mission reviews and assistance visits to USIC elements (potentially Executive Branch-wide); and provision of other subject matter expertise, as required * Aid in the development and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures associated with responsibilities regarding the technical information sharing and protection environment. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ensuring incorporation and testing of security elements into the USIC Information Technology Enterprise (IC ITE) and the wireless environment; contributing to projects conducted by the NCSC Security Research Team related to technical issues; and providing other subject matter expertise, as required * Provide support to designing surveys, questionnaires, or self-assessments of National Intelligence Program (NIP), non-NIP and Second Party activities, collect information, conduct interviews, provide analysis, prepare reports, and recommend changes to policies and procedures where appropriate * Assist with the research, analysis, review, revision, and coordination of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) (personnel security, information security, including cyber security, physical/technical security and industrial security). Provide mechanisms to assist with a continual change and configuration control process to enable more timely review and implementation of ICDs and associated policy based on risk management principles. Report on daily issues and strategic topics impacted by ODNI security policies and specific areas of security interest. Attend working groups to record issues and recommend solutions relative to research topics and implementation issues * Assist with the development of a standardized process to assess the waiver of ICDs and the appropriateness of "equivalent" security measures * Provide technical assessments, strategy, execution recommendations and pilot activity support for designated special topics, including but not limited to continuous evaluation and insider threat program activities Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent, related work experience - 15 years of experience with a strong background and demonstrated experience in research analysis * 5 years of experience working with or in the USIC (may be concurrent with the requisite 12 years of work experience) * Demonstrated ability to analyze problems (i.e., countermeasures, vulnerabilities), conduct independent research, filter and synthesize vast amounts of information and data, summarize findings succinctly, and present logical arguments * Demonstrated ability to extract data contained in large databases and analyze that data to derive meaningful information * Familiarity with the USIC and its components, as well as its missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships * Possesses all required qualifications for the Research Analyst (General) * Demonstrated ability to analyze problems (i.e., personnel security programs, processes and procedures), conduct independent research, filter and synthesize vast amounts of information and data, summarize findings succinctly, and present logical arguments * Demonstrated ability to extract data contained in large databases and analyzes that data to derive meaningful information * Familiarity with personnel security organization and structure across the Executive Branch, including the USIC and its components, as well as its missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships * Demonstrated familiarity with Security Regulations and Policies across multiple security disciplines (physical, technical, information technology, and personnel security);
