Enviva is seeking to add a Capital Markets Analyst for its Treasury team.
Reporting to the Treasury Director, the Capital Markets Analyst will support the firm's capital markets and investor relations activities. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, well-organized individual who is looking to develop his/her career within a dynamic, high growth environment.
Assist with managing the Company's credit facilities, unsecured bonds and other debt, including calculating credit metrics and other key financial ratios, overseeing periodic payments and preparing annual/quarterly debt compliance packages
Assist with the execution of derivatives hedging programs
Assist with financing including debt and equity issuance.
Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and other financial and business analysis as needed.
Assist with creation and regular updates of Investor Relations presentations and other materials.
Perform investor relations research and analysis as needed.
Schedule investors/analysts/rating agency meetings and conferences. Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and the publications of press releases.
Assist with the management of investor correspondence.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of two years of professional experiences in an accounting/finance related field including treasury, accounting, capital markets, corporate finance, FP&A, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptionally detail-oriented and well organized
Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, and assume additional responsibilities as required
Ability to develop solid, trusted relationships.
Strong MS Excel financial modeling skills and ability to produce high quality PowerPoint presentations
Strong computer skills. Familiarity and experiences with Bloomberg helpful.
