The Capitol Editor / Producer will work with the Capitol Reporter and collaborate with editorial partners' news teams to produce coverage of the Capitol and Colorado politics for radio broadcast and digital news platforms. The Editor / Producer also will implement the KUNC newsroom's digital news strategy to edit and produce content to make it "shine" for our website and social media. This position is part of the Colorado Capitol News Alliance, a CPB-funded state-wide collaboration to expand the coverage of Colorado state government. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator with a background in political reporting, preferably in Colorado. Experience with both broadcast and print/digital writing and producing is required. This position is based in Denver.
