Position Description:
We have a large and diverse capital projects program at our greenfield Magnetics facility in Fort Worth. The fast pace and growth of this program has created the need for a Capital Projects Support Specialist role. The Capital Projects Support Specialist role is responsible for processing project invoices, SAP data entry, purchasing support, and general project support.
Essential Duties:
Invoicing
Review and process monthly invoices from contractors and suppliers for capital projects
Expedite and track the review and approval of monthly contractor payment applications by liaising with the internal project team
Provide information to the finance team to ensure all invoices have been accrued in an accurate and timely manner
Assess invoices to ensure proper math calculations and supporting documentation
Ensure project expenses are posted properly by schedule of values and activity (WBS)
Enter Service Entry Sheets into SAP including supporting documentation for invoice approval routing
Collect and review project subcontractor/supplier lien waivers
Purchasing Support
Project Support
Assist project teams in management and control of project documentation and action items
Support continuous process improvement and development of standard operating procedures for the Capital Projects team
Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with engineering, project controls, construction, and management
Provide opportunities for internal customers to suggest feedback on performance and act on areas of opportunity
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems
Complete other tasks as needed or directed, including expense reporting
Basic Qualifications:
Invoice processing experience
Procurement experience
Minimum three years' administrative support experience
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field, or equivalent professional experience
Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualities:
Construction or capital project experience
Experience with SAP highly desirable
Capable of managing and analyzing large amounts of data for accuracy
Proficient in data entry and management
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; strong working knowledge of Excel
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work and connect with all levels of management and individual contributors

Working Conditions
Our mine facility sits at an elevation of 4700 feet and our magnetics facility at an elevation of 670 ft.
