Support management of long-term capital resources through capital planning processes and strategic analytics. Advise senior leadership on the optimal use of capital while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal capital goals, consistency with risk management frameworks, and alignment with strategic planning.

Coordinate quarterly stress testing processes, aggregate quantitative and qualitative inputs across >100 stakeholders, provide quality assurance, develop financial models and forecasts, and evaluate quantitative results. Drive process enhancements through technological improvements, data controls and interdepartmental efficiencies. Assist in the interpretation of regulatory guidance and instructions and advise on business implications.

Provide strategic analysis, guidance and policy recommendations around capital actions, capital adequacy, business transactions with capital implications, and quantitative risk metrics. Produce and present clear, persuasive and informative materials for senior management, Board, and external presentations. Update written content for policies, procedures, charters and documentation.


Requires a Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years of experience as a Financial Controller, Trade Support Analyst, Financial Planning and Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience at a Globally Systemically Important Bank (G-SIB) within banking and accounting functions.

Requires three (3) years of experience with: calculation of GAAP for financial reporting; process automation; technology-based enhancements and user acceptance testing; project management; quality control, reconciliation and variance analysis; managing multiple, simultaneous projects and processes, and presenting to management; Visual Basic coding; PowerPoint; Excel; Word; with SharePoint; and Bloomberg. Requires two (2) years with: application of Basel III regulatory capital regime; strategic analysis; balance sheet analytics, allocation and optimization; managing deliverables across >10 business units and corporate functions; financial analysis including product valuation adjustment and product profitability; and calculations for booking intercompany transactions. Requires any amount of experience with: database tools including Microsoft Access. Requires passing Levels I, II and III of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam.

Monitors adherence to master advertising production schedule. * Monitors inventory and recommends strategy for optimum use of available inventory. * Interfaces with Advertising Sales and other departments to coordinate ad packages, sponsorships, and ad options being offered. * Creates work performance standards.
