owners, investors and occupiers through more than 300 offices worldwide. CBRE is seeking a financial analyst for their Southeast Multifamily investment sales brokerage team.

As an Operations Director, you will be part of the 28person Southeastern Multifamily team, recognized by the firm as the

number one team within CBRE in 2014. You will have an opportunity to work with and learn from industry leaders and

to take part in highprofile transactions across the United States. The team's multibillion dollar transaction volume

means you will progress quickly along the investment sales learning curve. The position will include exposure to

multifamily, mixeduse, and land valuations, as well as provide foundational knowledge of Atlanta submarkets.

Job Details:

  • Responsible for all aspects of Proposals, Deal Projects, and follow through on project assignments

  • Manage the inflow and analysis of information being provided for each appointment

  • Critical to maintain time lines and integrity of information being utilized in assignments

  • Operate financial models in Excel and provide indepth property analysis utilizing financial statements, rent rolls

and other industry reports

  • Write compelling property marketing materials and client presentations

  • Participate in pitching and executing multifamily brokerage assignments

  • Work in support of investment sales professionals

  • Track new development and noteworthy submarket news; disseminate information to teammates

  • Develop property insights and key selling points based on property and neighborhood tours

  • Analyze real estate trends and draw conclusions from aggregator research

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Management or related field of study preferred

Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail

  • Ability to work with large complex data sets

  • Highly organized work practices and effective time management skills

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and to anticipate critical path requirements in order to meet client deadlines

  • Willingness to work hard in a transactionoriented environment and to take ownership of project outcomes

  • Interpersonal skills that include the ability to influence teammates and clients

  • Highlydeveloped verbal and written communication skills - ability to interact effectively and professionally with

a wide variety of internal and external parties

  • Demonstrated interest with a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in real estate

A real estate license or experience working in real estate is considered a plus

Job Description: At Regions, the Capital Markets Debt Operations Manager manages the following operations groups: Syndicate Services, Real Estate Capital Markets (RECM) Operations, Loan Sales and Trading, and Term Lending Program. Provides operational support to RSL, underwriting and revenue capture, RECM loan products, loan trading, term lending portfolio, and management of $14B Regions-led syndication portfolio. Primary Responsibilities Syndicate Services * Manages loan portfolio * Manages full syndication administration for clients and investors including disbursements, loan closings, payments and pre/post closing activity Real Estate Capital Markets * Supports Fannie Mae products and servicing oversight, HUD closings, and CMBS loan administration from closing to settlement Loan Sales and Trading * Executes trade documentation in line with industry standards and internal requirements * Monitors inventory positions and ensures proper accounting treatment * Manages maintenance of loan trading systems and production of reporting Term Lending Program * Manages loans within term lending program including loan closings, payments, and subservice oversight * Monitors reporting from loan systems * Manages monthly reconcilement of escrow and reserve accounts Regions Securities Operations * Maintains Regions Securities transaction detail * Reports revenue entries for underwritten transactions, placements and advisory roles Additional duties: * Oversee review of credit agreements for operational compliance * Handles internal client relationship management * Handles regulatory reporting on Syndications, RECM and loan trading * Maintains and distributes weekly risk reporting This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
