The Role:

Our site in Billerica, Massachusetts is seekinga dynamic, versatile Capital Equipment Project Manager. If hired, your primary responsibility will be to acquire the custom equipment needed to support product scale -up in Entegris Manufacturing Facilities. Your days will be spent in project management, specification development, vendor selection, design, procurement, validation and commissioning of Manufacturing and NPI equipment.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with a variety of Global stakeholders (Facilities and EHS, Procurement, R&D, Maintenance and Reliability, Controls Engineering and Operations) to lead needed capital through the process, from justification to commissioning and qualification.

• Develop project plans to meet the timelines of the business.

• Manage projects to stay within timing, budget and quality constraints.

• Use core project management principles and techniques to report progress to Management team.

• Work with Engineers, Maintenance and Reliability personnel, and Operations to define Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs (including spares inventories, frequency and timing, etc.) for new assets. This may require the use of criticality assessments and FMEA's in concert with the Engineering staff.

• Use current floor layouts and new asset specifications to work with stakeholders and optimize the asset within the context of the Manufacturing cell area.

• Serve as a core team member for assigned NPI Equipment Projects; act as the liaison between Development Engineering and Operations, in order to pull products to market.

• Work closely with Development Engineering to proactively influence product and process design for better manufacturability.

• Assist in directing and controlling processes in accordance with defined policies and procedures.

• Assist with analyses and audits on processes in order to make recommendations refarding safety, quality, cost, waste reductions, and efficiency.

What We Seek:

• 2-3+ years of related work experience running Capital Equipment projects in a manufacturing/production environment

• A great team mate, the desire to share your own ideas and experience and the wilingness to learn from the depth of experience your teammates provide.

• A motivated and self-directed team player with good interpersonal skills. Must have ability to reach out, communicate and influence personnel at all levels within the organization.

• A strong knowledge of machine/controls integration

• Ability to orchestrate and prioritize multiple activities at once to accomplish divisional goals.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and technical writing skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline, to include: ElectroMechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• A PMP certification

• Experience leading Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement Manufacturing or R&D projects and implementation
