Supports the clients and sales staff by performing moderate complex daily clerical functions to maintain the office and document processing. Serves as Administrative Assistant to the Market President, coordinating office functions, travel, calendars and other related responsibilities.
Primary Administrative Assistant to the Market President, ensuring smooth office operations, and coordinating a variety of clerical functions for travel, calendars, meetings, invoice payment and other related activities.
Reviews correspondence and receives telephone calls related to the most sensitive and confidential matters and determines appropriate action to be taken.
Conduct and/or supervise special projects for department.
Make meeting and travel arrangements.
Issue regular reports following established procedures which may require research, data gathering, and summarizing.
May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
High School Education
4 to 6 years of experience required; 6-8 years preferred
Very proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Office suite.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills.
