Summary:

The Capacity Analyst will utilize existing tools and create new analysis to take forecasted demand for a given period and compare it against manufacturing site capacities. They will run various models to satisfy demand and optimize capacity usage across the network. They will take the data output and work with site specific demand planners to ensure demand is being met across the organization. Additionally, incorporating innovation demands to see how and where the demand fits into the network.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Uses demand requirements for brewing (forecast) and demand requirements for packaging (sales orders/forecast) to work with the site-specific production team to ensure product demand requirements are achieved.

• Works with the Director of Planning to formalize and streamline the demand outputs such that each production facility can use a similarly formatted dataset for production planning purposes.

• Uses the capacity analysis tool to visualize, optimize and communicate capacity usage, constraints and opportunities across the organization.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related area preferred.

• At least four years of experience in related disciplines including production planning, capacity/data analysis or manufacturing work, required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
