Bachelor Degree or a minimum of 4 years work experience.

Minimum of 1 year experience working in a regulated industry or a Masters degree

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER As a Business Development Leader, you manage service technicians in a specific territory and are accountable for ensuring timely and exceptional service to our customers. Under your excellent hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship, our Field Service Technicians are inspired to provide exceptional service at all times. In addition, you are responsible for the growth, profitability, and development of the territory. This includes actively prospecting while nurturing both new and current customer relationships. You successfully find additional opportunities for service, gas buy-back, and refrigerant spot buy sales that help to meet or exceed territory targets. As the primary outside sales generator, you are accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gas recovery goals. You always investigate and effectively resolve any customer concerns in a timely manner. You communicate effectively with both customers and technicians. With attention to detail, you ensure daily work orders and weekly expenses are reported in a timely manner and assigned vehicles are properly maintained and kept in a presentable condition.
