Wells Fargo's Chief Administrative Office (CAO) consists of enterprise functions that work together to promote and protect the Wells Fargo culture and brand, and support our team members. Reporting into the Chief Administrative Office Project Management Office (CAO PMO); this position will be responsible for leading complex and cross functional projects within Data Management & Insights (DMI). He / she will manage all activities in a project life-cycle (initiation, planning, executing, and control/close), ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, matrix management of project resources as well as providing status updates and escalations as needed to key stakeholders within the CAO and DMI.
This position can be located in Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; or Charlotte, NC.
Specific responsibilities include:
Ensure successful program/project planning and delivery to meet business/customer expectations
Provide value-added counsel on project investments that will best meet strategic business objectives
Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Project Management policies, standards and methodology
Consult with business partners to clarify and define program/project approach, scope, budget and timeline
Create and deliver effective presentations to senior management on project and program goals and plans, including status reports
Develop and implement program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
Collaborate with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs and projects

Experience establishing, maintaining and monitoring project management practices
Experience leading, geographically dispersed, cross-functional project teams
Experience leveraging resources across the organization to create effective project/program teams
Experience managing budgets for ongoing operations as well as project investments
Exposure to data management best practices and procedures
Experience with all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Project Management Professional Certification (or equivalent)
