A self-starter and a strong team player who is analytical and a great communicator, to help drive Global Markets and Global Credit Finance vision and strategic priorities as well as various programs and projects. You will build a deep understanding of each function's business model, and play a key role in driving strategic horizonal initiatives, and deliver on strategic goals.

What you will be responsible for

As a Global Markets and Global Credit Finance Officer you will:

  • Support the business on strategy, planning, and goal setting for the year

  • Assist in the development of ongoing deliverables, varying in scale, for senior leadership

  • Design and/or support employee engagement and learning and development efforts

  • Manage various communication channels such as Yammer, Newsletters, SharePoint and Outlook

  • Prepare executive management reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

  • Coordinate planning, logistics and materials for a variety of high-profile internal events

  • Oversee workforce management, inclusive of position management and real-estate

  • Maintain and continuously develop knowledge of SSGM and GCF core products and operating model

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2-4 years' experience and demonstrated interest in financial services

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (experience with pivot tables and vlookups is a plus)

  • Familiarity with communication tools (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Stream, Box, Yammer, Zoom)

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
