We are currently seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the Rochester, NY region APHI is on the lookout for a dynamic, results-oriented Direct Marketing Associate to enhance the home improvement journey for our customers. Are you ready to be part of our team? This role offers a base pay along with commission. You can expect an hourly rate of $17-$18/hr plus bonuses, paid weekly. On average, our team members earn $23/hr. The work schedule is Monday

• Friday from 9am

• 6pm, with breaks and a lunch break provided. Base pay is determined by various factors such as work experience, education, location, and certifications. PURPOSE: As a Direct Marketing Associate, your main responsibility is to generate high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing and accurately record data of potential customers and market areas. Leading and managing a canvassing crew will be our ultimate goal. Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads by conducting door-to-door campaigns in designated territories to create viable sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.

• Utilize APHI mapping tools and business software to maintain accurate records of house-to-house data.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, following uniform guidelines and necessary permits.

• Participate in company meetings as needed.

• Share with the Canvassing Program Manager any suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of the canvassing program policies at Monroe Roofing and Siding.

• Thoroughly understand APHI methods, products, and current promotions to become an expert in Signature Services. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent is a must.

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Reliable transportation for commuting to and from work.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Driven by goals and self-motivated.

• Ability to navigate through various platforms on tablets.

• Physically capable of walking 3 to 5 miles daily.
