The Candidate Experience Specialist plays a crucial role within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team, working to coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers (phone, video and onsite), managing complex scheduling requirements, facilities requirements and candidate travel. Manages candidate experience, ensuring candidate has a positive experience and applies judgment when candidate situation deviates from practice.

Primary Duties

  • Independently orchestrates and manages all aspects of the interview process including schedule document preparation and delivery; confirmation to both hiring team and candidates; candidate travel and other logistics as needed; and on-site logistics (conference rooms, technology, lunch, etc.).

  • Manages calendars and availability of candidates, hiring managers and their interview teams. Partners with EA's to coordinate executive calendars.

  • Manages reschedule requests and cancellations from candidates, hiring managers and their interview team.

  • Responds to recruiting related inquiries from internal or external candidates on a variety of topics such as position status, recruiting process or scheduling related questions

  • Plays a critical role in representing the Company to internal clients, stakeholders and external candidates focusing on exceptional customer service and consistency of high-quality work products.

  • Assists with the deployment of the recruitment marketing strategy including optimization, advertising, social media, digital marketing, and creative sourcing campaigns.

  • Works with ATS and will have the responsibility for using it accurately and consistently within the policies of the organization and all legal requirements. Generate staffing reports and operate as a back-up systems administrator.

  • Develop content calendar and administer digital recruitment marketing channels.

  • Performing duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performing other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • 1-2 years of work experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar professional coordination capacity in a fast-paced atmosphere, supporting recruiters in a matrixed organization.

  • Work experience demonstrates examples of excellence in organizational skill, time management and creativity, tested in dynamic work environments.

  • Excellent verbal communicator and have exceptional written communication skills which can be demonstrated with writing samples.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, ICIMS preferred, generating reports and performing basic data analysis in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, report formatting, etc.)

  • You have expert-level skill in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel

  • Experience working within and supporting digital recruitment marketing tools and technology.

The Position Associate Director of UX Research Center of Excellence must understand business fundamentals. These fundamentals include the ability to read and craft budgets as well as profit and loss statements, so they can run their unit as well as advise their business unit clients on their lines of business. The principle head of this centralized research function will help business units shift their thinking to be market driven leveraging numerous customer research techniques. These methods can include qualitative techniques such as (a) job shadowing (contextual ethnographic research), (b) unbiased interviewing, (c) desktop research, and (d) concierge experiments. In addition, the researcher should also have experience with quantitative techniques such as (e) A/B Testing, (f) fake products and features, (g) smoke testing, and (h) white paper experiments. This GPO UX leader and their team will partner with business unit product teams to provide consulting services that help solve the most difficult problems our markets face. For example, we are looking for a leader that has continually cracked hard industry problems. In our industries we see technological trends that are upending the traditional delivery of legal, banking, health and tax services. Tax advisors, for example, based on regulatory changes can now predict and proactively notify their clients before problems arise. We are looking for an individual that has a portfolio of examples of surfacing through research unstated problems that if solved customers will pay for. Beyond finding the problems the problems that customers will pay for, this individual should be able to illustrate the business impact these solved problems had on their markets, customers and company. The UX leader should be able to provide examples of the positive revenue, cost, profit and brand impacts. On the qualitative side we want to learn how their efforts to infuse customer centric research changed the culture of their organization. This we are seeking in a candidate that has broadly driven corporate culture change through thoughtful disruption. Their leadership should have resulted in the broad institutionalization of research practices across their company. This Associate Director and their team will employ proven quantitative and qualitative customer research techniques (e.g. contextual inquiry, etc.) to surface problems experienced in the markets we serve. Rest assured that with any technique, such as Contextual Inquiry, will be co-owned by the Business Unit client and the GPO CX UX team.In this role, the research lead is responsible for creating the COE research framework as well as hiring key research personnel who will form the core research team. The UX research lead will deploy globally and partner with business unit senior executives and their product management teams on strategically important initiatives. This executive will broadly drive thought leadership and adoption of research practices across our company and will educate our business partners on the value and strategic importance of deeply understanding the problems our external customers have within the markets they serve. This person ensures their team is highly engaged in UX research on behalf of and in collaboration and consultation with the Wolters Kluwer businesses units we serve. The research lead will build and lead this research team, creating a culture of cooperation within the larger GPO and across Wolters Kluwer communities. Reporting to the VP of User Experience & Design in the GPO Product Solutions team, this person is responsible for the delegation of responsibilities to their team and the broader UX team for execution while maintaining the ultimate responsibility and accountability for the delivery of successful outcomes. In their leadership capacity, they will mentor, encourage, foster, and support intelligent innovation and risk taking to create improved customer interaction and experiences across Wolters Kluwer products. Desired Experience * At least 10-15 years of industry experience conducting effective user research by applying a broad range of methodologies including in-person and remote usability testing, site visits, paper prototype testing, concept testing, survey design, diary studies, and contextual inquiries. * Experience hiring and managing other UX research professionals * Master's degree in one of these disciplines: Human-Centered Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or similar.
