The Canada CIC Specialist is responsible for the first line and escalated contacts for BMW Group Canada regarding BMW, MINI, and Motorrad customers, dealers and/or prospects by answering, addressing and resolving incoming telephone and written inquiries of a brand, product and financial nature. He or she will accurately obtain and records all comments, complaints and suggestions.
The Specialist will maintain service, quality, and satisfaction standards that are consistent with sectional, departmental and company objectives. In addition, this position will utilize extensive knowledge of BMW FS policies, practices, and systems, strive to complete the customer's request in the single call (First call resolution). He or she will fully document the call or written contact using the system tools available to maintain a complete customer contact history.
He or she is also responsiblefor the Lease End portfolio (defined as 90 days to over term 7 days) by advising customers of their lease end options and obligations, ensuring customer decisions prior to lease maturity and for bringing the account to a resolution that promotes BMW Group brand loyalty and minimizes loss exposure. The Specialist is responsible for handling calls within this portfolio that include, but not limited to: dealer contact, Regional Sales and Marketing contacts, refinance process, payoff information, extensions, turn-ins, contract issues, pre-inspection and inspection process (including wear and tear charges), Account Statement issues, address changes, titles, registration, taxes (sales tax and property tax), general accounting and product knowledge while providing premium customer service that is both accurate and efficient, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction through active engagement, issue resolution and promotion of services and products that enhance the customer's end of term experience.
