Doane University invites applications for the position of Campus Services Coordinator & Academic Advisor at its Grand Island campus that serves undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students.
The Campus Services Coordinator & Academic Advisor recruits and provides academic planning to undergraduate and graduate students, administrative support for faculty, and strategic assistance to the campus director.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
A minimum of two years of experience in higher education administration or student support services
A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a multifaceted role
Demonstrated relationship building skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences in multiple modalities
Strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills
Creative problem solving skills
Managing multiple priorities
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs and systems
Prior experience with nontraditional student populations is preferred
Experience with instruction for both ground and online is preferred
Minimum Salary $37,500
