The Campus Recruiting Coordinator works collaboratively as part of a national team to support the hiring of top quality people for all Pariveda offices, and works with almost every department in our Corporate Services group. Recent graduate or up to two years in support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

You can expect to:
Work in a highly collaborative environment with other Campus Recruiting team members
Be responsible for managing campus systems including team email and applicant workflows (ATS, Campus recruiting system, Doodle and Survey tools, Outlook calendar, etc.)
Facilitate management of candidates as needed through our systems
Schedule and calendar various campus related events such as career fairs, interviews, etc.
Have the opportunity to plan campus events and functions and work with vendors, as needed
Work with candidates and recruiters to ensure that candidates have a great experience through the interview process
Source candidates and post career opportunities on job boards
Manage your own time and communicate status and issues to your manager
Order promotion items and develop collateral to support campus recruiting and branding
Monitor budgets and expenses for Campus recruiting related activities
Analyze data and summarize findings
Look for ways to continuously enhance our current processes and procedures
Participate in special projects, as needed
