The Campus Recruiting Coordinator works collaboratively as part of a national team to support the hiring of top quality people for all Pariveda offices, and works with almost every department in our Corporate Services group. You will have the opportunity to work with bright and driven team members across the company.

  • Recent graduate or up to two years in support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You can expect to:

  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with other Campus Recruiting team members

  • Be responsible for managing campus systems including team email and applicant workflows (ATS, Campus recruiting system, Doodle and Survey tools, Outlook calendar, etc.)

  • Facilitate management of candidates as needed through our systems

  • Schedule and calendar various campus related events such as career fairs, interviews, etc.

  • Have the opportunity to plan campus events and functions and work with vendors, as needed

  • Work with candidates and recruiters to ensure that candidates have a great experience through the interview process

  • Source candidates and post career opportunities on job boards

  • Manage your own time and communicate status and issues to your manager

  • Order promotion items and develop collateral to support campus recruiting and branding

  • Monitor budgets and expenses for Campus recruiting related activities

  • Analyze data and summarize findings

  • Look for ways to continuously enhance our current processes and procedures

  • Participate in special projects, as needed

VIEW JOBS 4/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-09T00:00 Recruiting Coordinator What You Will Do * Supports South Central Regional recruiting efforts. * Oversees and improves process for reviewing direct applicants with business units. * Networks and engages with top talent and recruit them to Gensler. * Works with Senior Recruiter to review applicants for open positions. * Owns Applicant Tracking System Data and recordkeeping including candidate status and candidate feedback. * Oversees and improves process for scheduling all candidate interviews and schedules interviews as needed. * Prepares and posts ads on industry websites. * Trains support staff in scheduling process and creates tools/processes to improve efficiency and experience in candidate interface. * Coordinates and conducts phone screens for qualified applicants.Designs new tools and processes to improve candidate experience and compliance. * Assists in EEO and Workday Audits. * Prepares recruiting offer letter packets. * Supports Campus Recruiting activities as needed for HR Managers and HR Generalist. * Part of a Regional HR team and other HR activities in onboarding, training and development, project work as needed in support of the function. * Updates and maintains compensation staff reports for offers.
