JOB INFORMATION

The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Recruiters on Fannie Mae's Campus Recruiting team. This person will help organize on-campus events and activities, represent Fannie Mae at career events, track key campus recruitment metrics, schedule candidate interviews, and other ad hoc assignments. This is a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end campus recruitment process and work with a team of seasoned Recruiters. Operate under general supervision in performing a variety of routine operational or administrative activities related to recruiting new employees. Administer defined procedures, perform research and analyses requested by other talent acquisition staff, and other ad hoc assignments.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide administrative support to talent acquisition partners by posting open positions to approved job boards and internet sites.

  • Provide candidates with information on the company and the hiring process, as well as provide follow-up correspondence and status updates via phone and email.

  • Facilitate travel arrangements and coordinate day of interview logistics for candidate and hiring managers. Follow up with the related administrative and operational aspects of employment, such as completing of health, employment, and insurance forms, notifying various department of employee's starting date.

  • Assist with internal candidate management and review employee referral applicants to ensure employees are communicated to with status updates in a timely manner.

  • Perform ongoing data entry, track resumes, and maintain the resume database / ATS. Assist with writing job descriptions, interview guides and employment ads.

  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

  • Prepare offer letters for internal and external candidates.

  • Monitor and track all diversity initiatives.

  • Prepare metrics for monthly reporting.

  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting as needed.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • 1 years of related experience.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Recruiting coordinator experience is required.

  • Campus recruiting experience desired.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Excellent communications skills required. Will be working with candidates, internal employees who are attending events, and recruiters on hand-offs and candidate statuses.

  • Strong organizational skills required. Will be scheduling up to 50 students at a time, tracking information, updating spreadsheets, planning logistics for multiple events, etc.

  • Ability to travel to out of town events when needed (approximately 3-4 times per recruiting season).

  • Prior experience coordinating travel and completing expense reimbursements.

  • Exhibits strong operational discipline when completing student reimbursements, offer letters, background check coordination, etc.

Position Summary: Responsible for playing a key administrative role in the interviewing & hiring process of new talent joining loanDepot including, but not limited to: requisition postings, communication of interview details & all onboarding tasks for our new hires. Serves as a true partner to the Recruiters & to the business. Responsibilities: * Assists the talent acquisition team with full-cycle recruitment process by assisting with posting requisition requests, coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, and managing the offer process. * Processes position requisitions expeditiously; resolves inaccuracies by contacting hiring manager and/or recruiter to ensure postings are accurate. * Partners with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience; interacts with multiple internal departments including receptionists, recruiters and HR partners. * Proactively manages anywhere from 30-100+ hires per month; ensures all onboarding tasks via Workday are completed prior to new hires first day. * Administers the hiring and on-boarding process to include generating and disseminating offer letter, initiating and completing background checks, reference checks, coordinating pre-employment assessments, and guarantees accurate documentation of all I9s. * Communicates new hire information with other new-hire process stakeholders to ensure smooth assimilations of new hires; consults HR team on interpretation of background checks and assessments. * Provides ongoing administrative support to other Recruiting Coordinators as needed, as well as Recruiting Managers. * Assures consistent application of HR policies, practices, procedures, and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. * Coordinates the compliance pieces of onboarding of prospective team members. Maintains personnel files in a neat and orderly manner; assists with providing requested information during process file audits. * Creates and runs reports within Jobvite as requested. * Performs other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements: * Experience with an ATS & HRIS tool required. Jobvite & Workday preferred. * Experience in a very fast paced, high volume work environment * High attention to detail a MUST. * Bachelor's Degree preferred, and a minimum of two (2) + years' experience working in HR or Recruiting.
