Job Description:

The individual will be a member of the Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) / Consumer Campus Recruiting Team and will help manage the campus recruiting process and program management for the Analyst programs within GWIM & Consumer.

Analyst programs within GWIM & Consumer.

  • Work in conjunction with Staffing Manager, HR Managers and Business leaders to develop line of business campus recruiting and program management strategy for both Full-Time and Summer Intern programs in GWIM / Consumer

  • Consult and coordinate with line of business throughout the recruiting season to plan a successful recruiting and early talent management strategy across GWIM / Consumer

  • Streamline recruiting and program management efforts to support each sub line of business

  • Ensure appropriate line of business participation at all campus and in-house events

  • Ensure diversity is a top priority, and work with several diversity organizations, both internal and external, to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates. Partner with Diversity Manager on key diversity initiatives and events

  • Liaise with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process for both Full-Time and Summer Intern programs

  • Manage the entire Full-Time and Summer Intern interview process. This includes securing interviewers, coordinating all Super Day logistics, and facilitating debrief meetings to determine offers

  • Manage Intern and / or fulltime program; work in generalist capacity with focus on employee relations, headcount planning, program rotations

  • Determine and implement sell strategies for candidates with offers

  • Facilitate the on boarding processes in conjunction with Program Managers, Business Support Managers, and Recruiting Coordinators

  • Plan and execute Summer Intern Program; Act as Intern Program Manager for GWIM / Consumer Summer Intern Program

  • Work with broader campus team and business leaders to develop all aspects of the summer Intern and fulltime campus programs.

  • Plan and attend intern & fulltime program training, events and activities where appropriate

  • Identify mentors and oversee mentor program throughout the program

  • Manage the summer intern & fulltime performance review process, rotation placement (if applicable) and end-of-summer offer process

Enterprise Role Overview

Executes on campus talent strategy in line with business needs: Strong understanding of Entry Level / Analyst / Associate level opportunities at the bank and guides candidates to opportunities. Manages relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders to improve engagement and accountability in recruiting of campus talent; Manages committees, councils and initiatives. Actively participates in and manages early pipeline / identification programs and keeps warm activities; Active in driving campus diversity strategy and sourcing plan. Executes and participates in campus processes and events including interviews, programs, roadshows, staffing, onboarding, offers, sell process, etc.; manages all aspects of the summer program and full time conversion process. High touch approach with candidates at all stages of the process, i.e. from application through the summer program and to full time conversion. Partners with HR and LOB stakeholders to determine and execute on hiring needs. Maintains consistent awareness of external recruiting landscape and intel; data driven and monitors hiring trends

Required Skills

  • MUST have Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of campus/professional recruiting and / or program management / generalist experience

  • Knowledge of Financial Institutions

  • Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated; shows initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment; thrives in fast-paced, action-oriented environment

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task

  • Excellent client relationship skills. Able to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners and be a visible representative of the Company in multiple forums

  • Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and the peaks and valleys and market practices and trends

  • Strong consulting, project management and process thinking abilities. Can plan, build and execute (often simultaneously); an individual that takes a broad perspective and makes connections

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner; able to push back and influence senior executives

  • Adaptable and flexible within an evolving organization

  • Experience with pre-hire assessments and video interviewing platforms preferred

  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours and travel when required (travel 50% or greater in peak seasons)
