We are currently seeking a Campus Program Manager-HVAC Program to join our team at our Lauderdale Lakes Campus. The Campus Program Manager ("CPM") is responsible for managing and leading an assigned program by overseeing the quality of program delivery, regulatory compliance, and development and implementation of effective strategies to meet student outcomes for the assigned program.

Essential day-to-day job responsibilities include:

  • Complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures;

  • Supervising and managing program faculty members and staff by providingregular feedback and coaching according to IEC guidelines and policy forinstructors supervision;

  • Recruiting, onboarding, training and developing program faculty members and staff;

  • Conducting classroom observations on a regular basis;

  • Playing an active role as a subject matter expert in curriculum reviews andrevisions in order to improve quality of the program;

  • Preparing class schedules to optimize class size for achieving an effective student learning experience;

  • Advising, coaching, and monitoring students at risk of violating attendance or academic policies;

  • Administering student surveys and ensuring their timely review; preparing action plans to address concerns and feedback gaged through such surveys;

  • Monitoring program level metrics related to retention, attendance, completion,and licensure/certification outcomes for the program to meet the campus, organizational, and accreditation benchmarks;

  • Serving as the campus highest level subject matter expert for the program;

  • Occasional teaching, as needed, not to exceed 15 hours a week;

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • College Degree preferred.

  • Subject matter expertise as evidenced by related academic and/or professional credentials and experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of combined management, teaching and education administration experience preferred.

  • Successful track record of effective teaching, curriculum development, and education administration.

  • Above average user skills in computer and information technology (e.g. student database, social media, online educational resources).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and lead a team.

In the Customer Service Representative role you will do it all, sales, customer service, local area marketing, collections, security of your store, and the list goes on. Your primary function in the CSR role is to provide excellent customer service through the provision of Money Mart Financial Services. Duties/Responsibilities * Provide a high level of Customer Service – consistently receiving 90% or better in the Customer Service Sequence. * Sell and receive cash for / from another staff member and record properly and enter into the Point of Sale system (fine count all monies received and given out). * Register new customers quickly and efficiently. * Promote all products and services. * Complete all product and service transactions in the Point of Sale system. * Issue Loans quickly and efficiently ensuring risk assessment strategies are utilized. * Cash checks quickly and efficiently ensuring risk assessment strategies are utilized. * Knowledge of issuing procedures for all checks and be able to offer customers alternatives and incentives to return if unable to complete the transaction. * Sell benefits of ancillary services to customers and ensure all sales are correctly recorded. * Enter customer information completely and accurately into the Point of Sale system. * Reconcile cash float at the completion of shift. * Have an extensive knowledge of all safety and security procedures relating to the store and role-play on a regular basis (at least quarterly). * Understand and implement all procedures relating to Recordable Transactions. * Extensive understanding of all company policies and procedures. * Prepare collection files and assist in the collection process. * General office duties and proper use of all office equipment. * Knowledge of who to call in the case of an emergency. * Daily maintenance and upkeep of store. * Successfully, open and close the store and complete all paperwork accurately. * All other job related duties as directed by Management.
