Hybrid in North Andover, MA and/or Franklin, NH 2-3 days/ week

The Watts Water Technologies family of companies designs and manufactures valves and drains and related products that promote the comfort and safety of people and the quality, conservation and control of water used in commercial, residential, industrial, and municipal applications. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Campus & Early Career Program Manager will drive the Watts internship program develop a Watts Apprenticeship Program and drive our early in career recruitment strategy.

The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partner with universities, technical schools, and professional networks. In this role, you will focus on promoting Watts diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, candidate experience, conversion into full-time careers and successor development.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Campus Recruitment Strategy: Design in collaboration with Senior TA Manager to execute and hire in accordance with our campus recruitment strategy.

Apprenticeship Program: Partner with the production sites across the US to develop successful apprenticeship programs to support ongoing business needs and talent pipelines. Partner with state resources, high schools, and community colleges to proactively source candidates for the apprenticeship programs.

Internship Program: Lead, manage, and continuously improve our US internship program to attract and develop top talent, providing students with meaningful learning experiences and the opportunity to convert to full time employees.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Partner with Talent Acquisition team, the DEI team, and business leaders to strategize and execute our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion priorities.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus recruiting strategies, share recommendations and provide regular reports to management.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required

EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience with internal programs, with 3+ years leading early career development programs, preferably in a manufacturing or an industrial environment.

  • Experience recruiting and hiring early career employees.

  • Excels at building internal and external relationships; building networks and ability to interact with key stakeholders at various levels of management, including engaging with senior leaders.

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Growth mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to new challenges, projects, and systems/ tools.

  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices, especially as it relates to the recruitment and selection process.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

~10-15% travel. Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
