Job Summary:

MDT Institute is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Campus Director. The Campus Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic, administrative, and operational success of our institution. This individual will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students. The Campus Director is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the daily operations of the school to ensure an atmosphere of exceptional customer service to students. The Campus Director will ensure that all members of the school adhere to state, federal and accrediting body standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads campus growth and development.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the campus, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission, vision, and values.
• Oversee all aspects of campus operations, including admissions, academic affairs, student services, human resources, and facilities management.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance student recruitment, retention, and success.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence and student-centered learning, promoting innovative teaching methodologies and curricular development.
• Cultivate relationships with industry partners, community stakeholders, and alumni to support student internship placements, job opportunities, and fundraising initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of faculty and staff, promoting professional development, collaboration, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement institutional goals, strategic plans, and performance metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in higher education (administration/leadership/management), business administration or any related field; doctoral degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education administration, preferably in a post-secondary institution.
• Demonstrated track record of success in student recruitment, retention, and academic progress.
• Strong understanding of accreditation standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in higher education.
