Campus Aide

POSITION There are several part-time vacancies available for the position of Campus Aide ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 hours per day, ten (10) months a year. Reporting hours will vary in these positions. An eligibility list will be established to hire substitutes and fill future vacancies. Tentative Vacancies (subject to change): VACANCIES SCHOOL SITE HOURS PER DAY / MONTHS PER YEAR WORK HOURS 1 Alvarado Int 5.5 hours a day / 10 months per year 10 a.m.

• 4 p.m. 1 Rowland HS 5.5 hours a day / 10 months per year 10 a.m.

• 4 p.m. SUMMARY OF DUTIES Under the direction of the Principal or designee, provides supervision of students in limited areas of school campus; directs students to get them to class on time; monitors restrooms for unauthorized activities; reports unusual activities or unauthorized persons on campus to appropriate personnel; maintains routine records; and performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATION: Graduation from high school or its equivalency is required. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of six (6) months of experience in supervising or working WITH students in an organized setting is required.
