The Campaign Solutions Associate, Post-Sale Vetting is primarily responsible for new contract review to determine fulfillment capabilities, fulfillment strategy, as well as legal and compliance assessment. The PSV team is the first point of connection to the contract, and the first to access and review the fastest and most effective way of delivering the campaign. This team has a global purview.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Review of contract for full assessment including Q&A of Product Delivery System filters

  • Compiling internal list assessment and determining optimization tactics for the fulfillment team to take

  • Full understanding of post-sale fulfillment and the best strategy and most effective way of lead generation set-up for cost-effective delivery

  • Full understanding of pre-sale process as includes revetting of campaign filters of client has immediate changes after initial contract review

  • Full review of compliance and legal terms and conditions for the client including SLA, MSAs, and opt-in requirements from the client so that we flag delivery methodology and campaign set-up requirements appropriately to the post-sale teams

  • BrightTALK channel and AP campaign set-ups

  • Changes to channels and AP campaign set-ups including campaign splits, product transfers and cancellation help

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years experience, recent college grads encouraged to apply

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated self-starter and extremely reliable

  • Problem solving ability and the ability to demonstrate initiative

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
