About the team:

The Campaign Manager is a critical role within the Ad Operations group. This team member is a liaison between our Ad Operations and our Marketing Solutions/ Client Service team on all elements of campaigns. The Campaign Manager will report to the Direct of Ad operations but work closely with the revenue teams to determine ad product capabilities and executions.

What you'll do: (D2D Responsibilities)

  • Implement all running direct sale campaigns ensuring execution according to IO's

  • Monitor and analyze campaigns for both delivery and performance

  • Work closely with Account Management team on media plans and inventory allocations

  • Monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance

  • Recommendation of appropriate campaign optimizations when applicable

  • Troubleshoot campaign issues including errors in serving, 3rd party discrepancies, pacing, and reporting

  • Become the expert on site specs, ad units and templates

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

  • Knowledge of 3rd party ad hosting systems, including Rich Media (Doubleclick, Pointroll, Atlas, etc.)

  • Effective communicator, both written and oral

  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous with numbers

  • Self-starter, results-oriented attitude, ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Passion for learning and creative problem-solving

  • Proficient in Doubleclick Ad Serving systems (DFP) a must

Reporting to the Director of Ad Operations, as the Campaign Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of the Ad Operations group, collaborating both internally and externally. This role will be responsible for the management of digital advertising programs and implementations, ultimately ensuring 100% delivery and invoicing of all campaigns assigned. As the Campaign Manager, you will have the opportunity to partner with almost every department at Vevo, from Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, & Research teams as well as external ad vendors. As a member of our team, you will: * Work with clients to ensure delivery of all creative assets to spec * Manage post sale client communication * Work with an outsourced vendor for support as needed * Manage trafficking, pacing and optimization daily * Troubleshoot and resolve advertising issues * Understand and monitor advertiser KPI's ensuring best performance * Provide screenshot decks * Provide weekly reporting and post campaign wrap up data * Manage month-end billing and reconciliation in coordination with internal teams This describes you: * You have a positive approach to challenges * You enjoy being strategic and problem-solving * You can leverage quantitative thinking to manage campaign success * You have excellent attention to detail.
