POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary contact for Major Market Account Directors, cultivating partnerships with clients to achieve an unparalleled customer experience. Drive strategic collaboration across internal teams, establishing seamless execution of campaigns across NCM platforms, including creative guidance, inventory management, scheduling, performance management and reporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Sales Support

  • Review detailed client information via CRM, assisting Account Directors to build and improve upon the quality of new and existing client relationships.

  • Negotiate availability/inventory/site relocation issues with Account Directors.

  • Guide account directors in navigating NCM's proprietary proposal system, providing up-front assistance.

  • Preview client supplied legal terms or alterations to NCM's standard terms and conditions, while occasionally interpreting NCM's legal terminology to account directors and clients.

  • Facilitate clear communication between account directors and accounts receivable to protect NCM's financial interests while streamlining a revenue process that is clear and direct for our clients.

  • Interface with Account Directors, sharing campaign details and comprehensive reporting to formulate a client-specific retention strategy.

  • Receive, review, process, and schedule contracts to ensure accurate information is in place for production, scheduling, billing, legal and revenue recognition.

  • Receive, review, approve, and process client-provided creative.

  • Prepare Post Analysis reports and or Affidavits to allow our Account Directors and clients to measure the efficiency of their onscreen campaigns.

Sales & Client Communication

Communication to clients to manage advertising logistics across all platforms:

  • Provide technical specifications, delivery instructions and deadlines.

  • Introduce contacts for Lobby Promotions, Digital and Producers.

  • Content overview and media related questions.

  • Content preview and ratings/placement recommendations.

  • Facilitate client-facing creative calls to ensure their brand messaging is met while upholding our creative guidelines. This includes the ability to offer creative direction.

  • Understanding of the MPA ratings system and NCM internal content guidelines, initial ratings, risk analysis, and escalations.

  • Establish trust and confidence with clients using active listening techniques and a sincere display of empathy. Coordinate customer-friendly communication with sales to help lay the foundation for clients who are loyal to the Noovie brand.

Reporting

  • Analyze and interpret Post Analysis reports, measuring campaign efficiency and communicating results to account directors and clients.

  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of high-level ad hoc reporting that will equip Account Directors to track theater history, inventory utilization, client renewals, and revenue information.

  • Campaign Status Report questions across all platforms.

General

  • Responsible for maintaining the accounts and fostering an excellent client relationship from start to finish.

  • Work closely with interdepartmental teams to ensure all platforms are aligned for target start.

  • Uphold an outstanding standard of accuracy, utilizing proven quality control measures to confirm deadline-driven delivery.

  • Help the department/company improve by continually exhibiting initiative and looking for process improvements.

  • Think critically, with a firm understanding of how actions will affect NCM's business interests, to identify and solve problems, providing solutions that will benefit both NCM and its clients

  • Work closely with all members of the Operations team, cross-training and providing support and backup as needed.

  • Perform other duties and assist with other projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Self-starter who possesses critical-thinking and pays close attention to detail

  • Understanding of fundamental principles of project management.

  • Outstanding organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and assignments, based on priority.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Solid background in maintaining superior customer relationships.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.

  • Must be able to contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Experience and Training:

Any combination of the following experience and training (designated as required and/or preferred) that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.

Experience: 4-6 years related business experience.

Education: College degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Licensure / Certification:

None.

SALARY RANGE & BENEFIT OPTIONS FOR COLORADO APPLICANTS:

Salary Range: Base Salary of approximately $56,000 - $60,000 annually plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
