Job Overview

The Campaign Manager, Marketing Operations, Transportation Solutions Segment is a master campaign orchestrator who will work across four Business Units (Automotive, Industrial & Commercial Transportation, Application Tooling, and Sensors) to:

  • Manage campaign operations: You will manage the end-to-end operations of marketing campaigns. This includes collaborating and partnering with BU Integrated Marketing leaders, with a keen focus on campaign and execution planning, tactical execution, and optimization of campaign program tactics across multiple channels. You will ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

  • Coordinate with the marketing operations shared services teams: As part of the shared service organization, you will work closely with team members across all shared services disciplines (digital, content, marketing automation, creative, and events) to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration. This may involve sharing best practices, leveraging resources, and aligning processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure alignment with business objectives: Your marketing operations campaign manager role will require you to understand the detailed marketing objectives for each business unit and align marketing campaigns accordingly in partnership with stakeholders. You will ensure campaign programs and tactics align with the defined campaign goals, messaging, and target audiences provided for each campaign to ensure alignment and drive business impact.

  • Focus on driving campaign effectiveness: Your role will be to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign program and tactic effectiveness. You will monitor key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and leverage experts in our marketing operation's shared service disciplines to optimize campaigns and drive better results.

  • Evolve lead management practices and scorecard measurement:

  • Your role will be vital in helping evolve lead management practices focusing on improving performance and overall effectiveness related to the marketing funnel. In partnership with the TS segment and BUs, you will lead a data-driven scorecard process, helping identify the appropriate measurements and KPIs and keep the team aligned with the strategic objectives.

This position will report to the Director of Marketing Operations, COE, with a dotted line to the CMO, Transportation Solutions Segment, and each TS BU Marketing Leader.

What your background should look like:

  • 5- 7+ years of marketing experience across multiple roles, including marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing planning, and tactic execution

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing is required, but an MBA is preferred.

  • Knowledge of and experience planning and implementing reputation, demand generation, engagement, and enablement programs.

  • Experience working across multiple business units.

  • Experience directing the work of a shared services team.

  • Strong analytical ability and demonstrated proficiency in managing the analytical work of others.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with other executives, functional leaders, and executives in a complex, global business environment.

  • Continuous improvement attitude: the ability to develop and implement best practices.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Forrester SiriusDecisions B2B marketing best practices, campaign, and messaging frameworks a plus.

  • Self-starter with unquestionable integrity

  • Strong and clear communication skills.

  • Ability to work globally and non-traditional hours.

  • Travel (global and domestic) of up to 20

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $143,280 - $214,920 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
