• International Markets for our Marketing team.

• Working closely with the Global Marketing Core Team and International Digital Marketing Specialist teams, be the central point of contact for the content design needs of campaign needs for the International regions ensuring the needs of the customer journey are met.

• Working closely with the Product Manager

• International Markets to align international campaign needs based on the product launches dates within each region / country.

• Continual source of feedback regarding International campaign execution and future improvements to HQ design teams.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager

• International Markets regarding the campaign release for trade communication within regions.

• Designs effective, relevant and realistic ROI metrics for International markets

• Measures ROI for each marketing campaign based on ROI metrics

• Develop and manage the International Campaign calendar and ensure alignment with required assets with HQ and IDMS teams for the execution of the campaigns based on customer buying journey and in line with the global launch calendar

• Digital Tools - be the central point of contact for Touch & Sell sales enablement tool between the regions and the regions. Working closely with the IDMS team, ensure assets are ready to be utilised in platforms such as Touch & Sell, CRM and Hubspot

• Ensure alignment across sales and marketing exhibition strategy within the regions to align with global approach. Provide feedback from the regions as to the specific needs.

• Ensure International regions are aware of and provide input into the Brand Guide for Trade and Exhibitions

• Promotions - coordinate and manage with central repository for yearly international promotions, as well as the target vs ROI assessments.

• Stay ahead of the market trends in regard to effective execution of campaigns within the International regions.

• If needed, works with media outlets within the regions for ad placement and alignment of global messaging

What you will need to succeed:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Writing

• Sales & Marketing Enablement digital tools knowledge or awareness of CRM Microsoft Dynamics 360, HubSpot and / or Touch & Sell

• Data mining experience

• Presentation skills

• Campaign development

What we're looking for in you:

• Business undergraduate degree - preferably Marketing

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written

• Strong analytical and computer skills

• Previous data mining experience

• 5+ Years of experience in marketing campaign development

• Experience with both print and digital media buying preferred but not critical
