As a critical part of the Business Acquisition Marketing team, this role is responsible for developing and delivering database driven Marketing Campaigns that help drive $80M in annual profitability and 50+ TWh in term volume for the Mass Business and LBM business segments. This role is responsible for developing multi-variate campaign builds within SAP and Salesforce to support marketing programs, as well as conducting campaign performance evaluation through tracking and reporting
Perform data extracts using SAS and SQL.
Maintain and update existing program code to ensure accurate and timely delivery of required campaign extracts.
Collaborates with cross-functional groups to facilitate, create and execute campaigns.
Understands and supports all activities around the development and execution of channel specific campaigns.
Supports activities, development and implementation of new campaign tools and functionality.
Implements procedures to ensure accuracy of all tasks performed.
Ensures all required tasks are delivered to required timelines.
Continually improves campaign execution by updating campaign extracts and leveraging new data and resources.
Participates in the development of B2C and B2B marketing strategies and plans with a focus on acquisition and retention.
Assists Channel Managers with preparation of business case development and evaluations for marketing approaches for new strategic and tactical campaigns across key sales channels.
Interacts with Channel Managers to investigate and track the success and profitability of campaigns and evaluate marketing approaches for new strategic and tactical campaigns.
Develops campaign reports to monitor and measure specific campaign performance.
BS or MS degrees in quantitative fields (math, engineering, statistics, computer science, etc.) preferred
1-3 years relevant work experience
Experience in data manipulation software tools such as SAS / SQL / Oracle / Unix / Salesforce
Ability to think independently and work within a team
Working knowledge of key marketing financial drivers
Excellent organizational, communication and inter-personal skills and must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
Develop and maintain SAS programs and processes for purposes of Marketing Campaign fulfillment. Data extracts must be delivered on time, and error free.
Proficiency in executing SAP Campaign updates .
Identify process improvements to enhance TXU Energy effectiveness and efficiency
Resolve reported issues in a timely and decisive manner, or escalate as appropriate
Perform SalesForce updates and extracts as needed in support of Marketing activities.
