This role provides campaign management support across managed partners. Campaigns are programmed against high profile live and on-demand content to reward viewers for watching. These campaigns require direct engagement with our partners to ensure campaigns are configured correctly and run smoothly during the campaign window.
Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Work with partners and make sure that the campaign details are accurate and set up correctly via an internal tool with UI.
Work with cross-functional PAs to identify a suitable home for tickets that require additional product/engineering support
Track all campaigns and communicate on upcoming campaigns to the XFN team
Monitor if campaigns are running smoothly
Escalate urgent issues to relevant teams (ranging from content to eng teams)
Address any inquiries from the user (pre, during, post campaign) and being able to explain campaigns to both technical and non-technical partners
Independently triage, appropriately route, and resolve incoming emails/tickets
Independently raise partner concerns in a timely manner, and suitably escalates issues that may be stagnant with internal teams
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous, fast-changing projects with either the same or multiple partners
Minimum of 2 years of social media campaign management experience
High school diploma or equivalent
