Job Description: Summary

Plan and manage highly effective multi-touch, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that support FIS pipeline goals. Deliver high-quality leads through cost effective campaigns.


  • Develops and manages the execution of high-impact demand generation campaigns that include generating, nurturing and scoring leads.

  • Identifies, analyzes and communicates market trends, key competitive dynamics and resulting strategic sales opportunities.

  • Works with internal marketing resources, utilizes a variety of addressable media, individually or in combination, to produce and deliver communications to compel prospects to contact the sales team.

  • Analyzes and reports on sales opportunities and campaign metrics.

  • Develops closed-loop processes to measure and assess ROI for communications, campaigns and sales results.

  • Adjusts tactics and techniques based on campaign results.

  • Ensures communications are in line with FIS corporate branding.

  • Roll out and manage a Social Selling program.


Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. MBA preferred.


  • Working experience with Dynamics or a CRM platform.

  • Experience with Marketo.

  • Digital marketing experience (to include SEM, In-bound Marketing, etc.) preferred.


  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.

  • Requires working knowledge of FIS products/services as well as general banking operations and procedures.

  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills.

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.

  • Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to understand and apply learned concepts.

  • Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks.

Effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel. Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge. Assigned to the most highly visible, sensitive and critical campaigns.

The marketing campaign coordinator position plays a crucial role in managing the outbound B2B campaign process for our Professional Information Business, driving global demand programs that create engagement with our target audiences in order to develop qualified leads, which lead to revenue. You will use a variety of channels including digital, email, marketing automation, and events as well as tools like, Eloqua and WordPress, helping to design, execute, monitor, and improve our integrated marketing campaigns. The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Demand Generation and work closely and collaboratively across the Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Lead Generation and Sales teams to drive program performance and ensure a closed loop throughout the campaign lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, metrics-focused, enthusiastic about the details in order to manage campaigns seamlessly, with excellent project management skills and should be able to move fast and think creatively as they bring campaigns from concept to execution, with a passion for collaboration, experimentation, and evaluation in their approach to B2B marketing. Responsibilities & Activities: You will: * Be responsible for co-creation and execution of B2B marketing campaigns to increase leads, visitors, subscribers and awareness. * Be responsible for managing all marketing automation (Eloqua) email campaigns. * Work hand-in-hand with marketing operations, marketing leads and internal creative team to create and execute successful campaigns. * Work with internal creative team to develop all necessary assets for email and paid campaigns. * Work with marketing operations to build, test and optimize email templates and landing pages. * Work with marketing leads to optimize campaign and creative briefs. * Create Salesforce campaigns. * Create and deliver regular reports consisting of campaign recaps, results, evaluation of KPIs and ROI, and recommendations on optimization. Qualifications & Criteria: * 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience. * Track record of driving measurable success through marketing campaign creation and management. * Goal-oriented towards key metrics including pipeline impact (creation and acceleration). * Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving skills. * Strong project management skills. * Effective time management skills and comfort juggling multiple projects. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team. * Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful. * Knowledge of and hands-on experience with: Marketing Automation (Eloqua a plus), CRM (SalesForce), Account-Based Marketing (Demandbase a plus), Online Advertising, Google Analytics, etc. * BA/BS degree in a Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field experience preferable.
