Job Description:
Zendesk is looking for a Campaign Data & Operations Manager to support the Engagement Marketing team. We're a fast moving team with a campaign roadmap focused on capturing new and existing key segments and verticals. This role would play a pivotal part in enabling the integrated marketing team to hit their pipeline goals by supporting their data needs and acting as a guide to optimize campaigns based off of the success of previous tactics or untouched areas.
Job Description:
Develop a framework to manage and track campaign reporting requests by region, country, and channel. (Email, IPM, and Webinar)
Partner closely with the campaigns team to gather campaign and product data requirements and then partner with Marketing Ops and EDA team to fulfill data collection, data management and marketing data segmentation for their campaigns.
Build dashboards that will monitor channel pacing for IPM, Email and Webinar and downstream metrics. Identify new trends, flag potential issues, and provide guidance to channel managers based on findings.
Help answer ad-hoc big (and small) questions by analyzing company data from any and all channels and sources that drive the leads, pipeline and bookings of our various marketing channels.
Regularly report findings and ongoing KPI's in QBRs to provide visibility into business performance and to aid decision-making. This includes owning the monthly email report, engagement report, and database mailables report.
Work in collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders in Marketing, GTM, and IT to ensure successful data execution and support of campaigns and lead generation.
Additional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
BS/BA degree in marketing, math, statistics, economics, or related degree OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
4+ years of experience in marketing, strategy consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
Excellent communication and project management skills
Comfortable presenting data and providing recommendations with confidence to senior level stakeholders, even when there is ambiguity involved
Strong intellectual curiosity combined with a knack for recognizing correlations, trends, and statistical irregularities
Talent for translating data into easy-to-understand, actionable insights
Ability to pull lists, have a good understanding of segmentation and filters
Familiarity of end-to-end lead management and pipeline development using SFDC and our marketing automation tool (Eloqua)
Ability to build strong relations and partnership in working with people across multiple work-streams and business units
Ability to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve problems quickly
