IDS is looking for a Supply Systems Analyst to oversee the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Warehousing and Distribution supply systems at Camp Lemonnier. This role is contingent upon award and will be located at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes transactions/data to determine problem area; determine the feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions.

  • Provides the impact of new/proposed changes to the system/regulations.

  • Coordinates with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems, and researches functional problem area.

  • Performs as the WMS POC to serve as the focal point for the Government in receiving communication and responding to information pertaining to WMS as well as perform WMS-MIS functions IAW C-5.1.3.2 WMS-MIS.

  • Serve as the Query Management Facility (QMF) query writer to write new queries as required.

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to work in an austere environment where living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, dust, and hazardous/harsh conditions.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience using DLA's Warehouse Management System (WMS) or equivalent WMS within the past five (5) years.

  • Must have knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships in order to conduct studies, reviews, and investigations.

  • Must possess thorough knowledge of policies and procedures is required to manage and control material through the receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and/or transportation functions.

  • Must be able to meet the medical deployment requirements IAW CENTCOM MOD15.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior U.S. Military or Government employee who has served as a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) analyst.

  • Prior experience and knowledge of DLA's Distribution Standards System (DSS) and the Army's Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).

IDS is looking for a Warehouse Specialist (Hazardous Material (HM)) to help oversee the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Warehousing and Distribution operations at Camp Lemonnier. This role is contingent upon award and will be located at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa. Responsibilities: * Receive, issue, and prepare for shipment of hazardous materials. * Verify materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; route materials to prescribed storage locations; Store, stack, or palletize materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods. * Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials as well as examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; Remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment. * May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties. Required Qualifications: * Must have training and experience to receive, issue, and prepare for shipments of hazardous materials. * Successful completion of OSHA compliance training and Hazardous Materials Preparer Certification IAW Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) Part II, Cargo Movement, Chapter 204-7, Training, DLAI 4145.3 Preparing Hazardous Material for Military Air Shipment, and DLAI 1307 Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Training for Packaging and Transportation Personnel Process Guidance prior to the beginning of full performance. * Must be able to meet the medical deployment requirements IAW CENTCOM MOD15. * Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
