Summary

The Camp Aspen Snowmass Instructor position will work in our Summer Camp program- Camp Aspen/Snowmass. Primary responsibility will be to ensure that the guest's needs are taken care of at all times. Must be able to lead a group of children and adults and ensure their safety and happiness. Extensive training provided for all candidates. Some weekend work may be required.

Essential Job Functions

  • Must be patient and willing to work with any age group or assist with any attraction, such as Bungee Jump, Climbing Wall, Paint Ball, or Fishing

  • Must be able to work with fellow employees and independently

  • Will need to be able to handle a small group of guests and create a safe, fun learning environment

  • Ability to be physically active, Including but not limited to biking, hiking, swimming, mountain boarding, fishing, and other sport activities required

Qualifications

  • Degree in Education or related field

  • Experience working with guests in an adventure based program required

  • Documented camp or recreational background with children or young adults preferred

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred

VIEW JOBS 3/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-13T00:00 Summary The Bike School Instructor - Level 1 - will teach Downhill Mountain Biking (and potentially cross-country/bike handling skills) to individuals or groups of all ability levels, including children. Expose guests to the sport of mountain biking in a safe and fun environment. Extensive training provided for all candidates. Some weekend work may be required. Qualifications * Advanced Downhill Bike Rider.
