Position Overview

Nexus Water Group is seeking a Field Supervisor who will set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This position will be willing and able to perform the following duties and others as assigned:

  • Responsible for sewer line repairs, line installation, plant, and related equipment installation/maintenance

  • Working knowledge of ArcGIS and integration capabilities between GIS and CCTV programs.

  • Experience reading maps.

  • Effective communication with leadership, teams, and emails.

  • Working knowledge in confined spaces and permit-required confined space entries.

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Upload camera reports, create spreadsheets, and prioritize corrective work needed through a detailed report to show capital improvement forecast.

  • Must be a self-starter and able to manage their own time and others to complete tasks promptly.

  • Great customer service skills when dealing with our customers.

  • Learn and fully understand new methods and applications of CCTV equipment.

  • Ability to update GIS system with deficiencies found during CCTV work.

  • Schedule and monitor CCTV crew production and direct work based on areas identified and agreed upon with management.
