The Camelot Business Associate Program, spanning 12 months, gives recent college graduates the opportunity to learn about the Lottery and Consumer Packaged Goods industries. Rotating through up to four departments, participants can gain experience in fields such as Public Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. Requirements



Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree from Illinois public university required
  • Exemplifies a collaborative spirit and growth mindset
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with an anticipated start date of January, 2019

The most successful candidates will possess an open mind and passion for learning, the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team, strong time management skills, and the flexibility to take on diverse tasks.

The Career Acceleration Program (CAP) is a two-year program slated to start July 2019 that includes rotational assignments and leadership development through participation in formal and informal learning opportunities, including senior leader mentoring. Each rotational assignment is 8 months in length and will provide exposure to a variety of functional areas with the organization, including: Operations, Technology/Research and Development, Product, Sales, Finance, and others. Rotational assignments will focus on developing competency in multiple areas, including technical skills, project management, strategy, business cycle dynamics, and analysis and process improvement. Career Acceleration Program Associates will work on meaningful projects that have the opportunity to make an immediate impact at Change Healthcare and the healthcare industry. Primary Responsibilities: * Research and Analysis * Assists with research, analytics and support efforts related to new markets, new products, mergers and acquisitions. * Process Improvement and Documentation * Assists with comprehensive analysis (operational, analytical and financial) for projects focused on maximizing revenue and efficiencies while reducing administrative and other costs. * Contributes to the development and documentation of policies, procedures and processes. * Engineering/Research and Development, Testing and Implementation * Assists in the development, testing and implementation of systems to improve performance, service and/or management of key areas. * Project Management * Manages assigned process improvement project(s). * Develops, communicates, and monitors project schedules, budgets and resources. * Communicates key areas of concern or risk toward progress and goals. Recommends actions, support and/or resources needed to overcome potential obstacles. * Reporting * Assists with monthly reporting to include budget variances, compliance review, and performance metrics analysis. * Develops reports and tracking systems using database applications, such as MS Access and Excel. * Product Development * Works with and supports the product development team through the steps of the new product development lifecycle. * Operations and Workforce Management * Supports the business operations of areas such as call centers * Analyzes metrics, productivity and service levels needed for workforce management, quality assurance and improvement initiatives. * Sales and Relationship Management * Responsible for developing and maintaining positive client relationships as well as critical interfaces between business functions. * Assists with presentations, exhibits and other activities in an effort to maintain and establish positive relationships with customers. * Overall Business / Market / Healthcare Knowledge * Acquires an understanding of the business processes in a broad range of operational areas. * Acquires an understanding of the relationship and interdependencies between departments. * Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience: Required: * Bachelor's degree * Minimum GPA of 3.2 (Resumes must indicate GPA for consideration) * 3 - 5 years of work experience or combination of an advanced degree and at least 2 years work experience Preferred: * Graduate/Advanced degree * Qualified current and former members of the armed forces are highly encouraged to apply.
