Because of this, we are looking to grow our care team in the following Southern Oregon areas: Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. Essential Functions Non-medical care: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, transportation, mobility, safety supervision, Performing personal care activities includes assisting the patient with activities of daily living.

Perform light housekeeping tasks. Follow and execute the client care plan. Communicate effectively with the office team.
