(ADMI) is very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated call center team as a trainer for our up and coming Arizona location. ADMI is a dental support organization that provides non-clinical support services including expert business, marketing, and administrative assistance to Aspen Dental-branded practices. We take the load off of the practitioners to allow them to focus on what they do best: practicing dentistry. Together, we put patients at the heart of everything we do.
Working in our Chandler, Arizona location, the trainer will be primarily responsible for providing an engaging and motivating learning environment for our newly hired Scheduling Center agents. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to continually deliver a comprehensive training program that positively impacts our business.
Provide an engaging and motivating learning environment for new hires
Monitor and provide continuous feedback to the new hires to promote continual learning and growth
Participate in the continuous improvement of the training content in order to meet the changing operational/business needs of the organization
Coordinate the development and use of new hire coaches
Provide additional training as determined by the management team.
Minimum Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with adult learners
Prior training facilitation experience in a call center environment preferred
Prior dental/healthcare and/or retail management experience preferred
Understanding of the sales process
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
