Position Summary

As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth, Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) is very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated call center team as a trainer for our up and coming Arizona location. ADMI is a dental support organization that provides non-clinical support services including expert business, marketing, and administrative assistance to Aspen Dental-branded practices. We take the load off of the practitioners to allow them to focus on what they do best: practicing dentistry. Together, we put patients at the heart of everything we do.

Working in our Chandler, Arizona location, the trainer will be primarily responsible for providing an engaging and motivating learning environment for our newly hired Scheduling Center agents. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to continually deliver a comprehensive training program that positively impacts our business.

Responsibilities

Provide an engaging and motivating learning environment for new hires
Monitor and provide continuous feedback to the new hires to promote continual learning and growth
Participate in the continuous improvement of the training content in order to meet the changing operational/business needs of the organization
Coordinate the development and use of new hire coaches
Provide additional training as determined by the management team.

Minimum Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with adult learners
Prior training facilitation experience in a call center environment preferred
Prior dental/healthcare and/or retail management experience preferred
Understanding of the sales process
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products

They will ensure our various teams have the proper operational controls, administrative procedures, reporting protocols and people in place. This individual will assist in managing at least 50 client-facing associates, and is responsible for the leadership, performance, management, and growth of the team. * Models the highest standards of professionalism; leads the training and development of team members through coaching, motivating and mentoring on Company culture, and business goals * Provides leadership, guidance and support to the Client Care team to ensure administrative and operational compliance. * Works closely with the VP of Operations and the Call Center Manager to ensure goals are aligned and executed consistently across the team * Promotes the OTR culture and fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity. * Works closely with other departments to collaborate on any initiatives or process improvements. * Communicates any changes that might impact the team and present goals, objectives and any updates to senior management and department specific meetings. * Responsible for planning and monitoring production targets for the Client Care team and identifying any areas where adjustments or improvements could yield further efficiencies and productivity. * Embodies a client-focused mindset and knows how to translate that mindset into client-focused processes and procedures and an ever-developing sense of service culture. * Communicates clearly and effectively; both verbally and electronically with clients and business partners. * Acts as a senior point of escalation and resolves exceptions on most significant and complex issues for the Client Care team. * Uses strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze key operational and financial metrics and KPI's to make effective recommendations and provide relevant feedback to the Senior Management team. * Conducts monthly meetings with Client Care teams and 1:1 meetings with direct reports to create an environment that ensures training, development, and a solid career path for team members.
