We are currently looking for a Technical Assistant, Product for our email Chat group. The selected candidate will handle inbound emails and chats relating to travel and RV services, club memberships and products.
Essential Job Functions:
Receive and respond to specialized product inquiries, memberships and installations via phone, email and chat.
Provide product knowledge to members/customers by explaining the type of service or product offered. This includes but not limited to Good Sam Club memberships, Camping World, Gander Outdoors, Overton's product, etc.
Provide exemplary customer service on every customer engagement, including but not limited to: calls, emails, social media and any other type of communication; paying attention to detail and responding with first class customer service.
Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation
Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members as needed
Update membership system, email system and phone support system with required customer information, notating accounts as necessary.
Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations
Cross training may be necessary to perform other duties as needed
