This leader will have a proven track record of driving exceptional results in a customer-centric call center environment.

Trigger Warning: This role involves working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and carrying the responsibility to support these individuals; this may be triggering for some people. Key Responsibilities:
