Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team at Celebration Pediatrics, CP.

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of customer service. You will be expected to lead by example, providing guidance and support to our team of call center representatives, and ensuring that all performance metrics are met or exceeded. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3 years of experience in a call center environment Excellent oral and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of call center metrics and best practices Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a healthcare call center environment Experience with outbound calling and sales Bilingual in English and Spanish Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of call center representatives, ensuring that all performance metrics are met or exceeded Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service Monitor call center performance and provide regular feedback to team members Resolve complex customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all patient needs are met Skills:

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will utilize your excellent oral and verbal communication skills to provide guidance and support to our team of call center representatives. Your strong knowledge of call center metrics and best practices will enable you to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service. You will also use your proven ability to lead and motivate a team to ensure that all performance metrics are met or exceeded.

Additionally, your experience in a healthcare call center environment and outbound calling and sales will be beneficial in this role. Overall, your skills will be critical in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of customer service.
