Requirements

Responsibilities

• Represent USF by providing outbound phone services to prospective students, current students, and alum. (Communication)
• Assist in supporting annual fundraising campaigns by providing outbound phone services. (Communication)
• Provide accurate data entry in Banner system. (Technology)
• Assist in maintaining various department reports as needed. (Professionalism)
• Perform clerical, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. (Professionalism)

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous work experience in a customer service related position.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.

• Detail-oriented, able to function independently, self-starter.

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent computer navigational, data entry and typing skills.

• Current student, minimum 2.5 GPA.

• Federal work study eligibility highly preferred.

• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.

• Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university.
