Call Center Specialist (Inbound Call Center)

On-Site; 144th & F Street

Monday Friday: 8:00am/8:30am rotation to 4:30pm/5:00pm rotation. Rotating Saturday's 8:45 am 12:15pm.

Is this you?

  • You love to be on the phone and chatting online all day.

  • You do what it takes to find solutions to a variety of member needs while representing the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Youre great at building relationships both with our members and when working cross-collaboratively with various internal teams.

  • You are comfortable navigating multiple systems at a time and solving complex account and financial inquiries. You dont give up until youve found a satisfactory resolution and the member is satisfied.

  • You've worked in a financial institution and have basic financial industry knowledge (recommended).

  • You've had prior customer service roles and can interact with a variety of customer service situations.

  • All Call Center Specialists must follow all Federal and State Regulations as well as internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements such as: BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC.

Starting pay is $17.50/hour.

Experience:

Two years of similar or related experience.

Education:

High School education or GED.
