Uline is seeking Call Center Representatives to join our Customer Service team.

Available Shift

Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM

Weekends are yours to spend time with family and friends!

Position Responsibilities

  • Guide and process customer orders in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.

  • Work with Uline's internal departments to meet our customers' needs.

  • Help resolve product returns, respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.

  • Submit quotes for large quantity orders and custom items.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

  • Thrive in a fast paced environment with coaching support.

  • Dedicated to excellent attendance.

  • Available for 4 weeks of training, Monday Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

VIEW JOBS 8/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-15T00:00 Overview The Event Services Coordinator will coordinate every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; including hire, train, schedule and supervise all Event Staff; coordinate communication between Event Staff and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure customer and client satisfaction and experience. This position is based at our PPL Center. PPL Center is a state-of-the-art multipurpose venue in downtown Allentown, PA. The arena seats more than 10,000 for concerts and more than 8,500 for Lehigh Valley Phantoms professional hockey games, making it the region's largest events venue. The amenities-packed PPL Center, which includes more than 50 premium spaces (suites, loges, party areas) depending on the event, will host more than 150 events each year, offering something for everyone, including the Phantoms, the AHL affiliate of the NHL Philadelphia Flyers, concerts, family shows, trade shows, youth sports, high school and collegiate events, Disney on Ice, conferences, graduations and many more events. You can learn more about Spectra at Responsibilities * Act as liaison for building with all parties involved in the event * Communicate with building staff all requirements necessary for the events * Prepare event estimates when necessary as determined by requirements using annual budget as a guide * Coordinate event seating layouts with box office when necessary * Coordinate show requirements with tour production managers when necessary * Work with IATSE union representative to place labor calls based on show requirements when necessary * Prepare data sheets for building personnel prior to each event * Present event previews/reviews in weekly staff meetings * Coordinate and settle event financial matters with Finance Department when necessary * Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and supervising of part time Event Staff * Prepares Event Recap reports detailing any concerns and future recommendations * Manage event support staff during events. * Communicates any/all event concerns/problems and proposed solutions to the appropriate personnel in a timely fashion * Assist with event staff, customer service and crowd control. * Prepare event staffing sheets (postings, staff info sheets, etc.). * Assist clients in the event planning process by walking them through each step (booking, finances, catering, etc.) and provides recommendations and options to best execute the event * Oversee opening or closing of arena for a move-in or move-out when necessary * Build and maintain tenant relations. * Assist in the purchasing of event equipment. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in sports management or related field from an accredited college/university. * Must have experience with event and/or conversion coordination in a similar work environment, including experience with direct employee supervision. * Proven leadership and organizational skills. * Ability to function in a multi-tasking environment. * Strong written and oral communication is vital. * Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required based on event calendar and beyond normal business hours as required. * Strong management &motivational skills * Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills * Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications * Experience with AutoCad preferred SPECTRA IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT EMPLOYER Comcast Spectacor, L.P.
