Call Center Representative

SkyOne Federal Credit Union is actively seeking talented individuals to join our prestigious call center team a Member Service Advisor. This position is designed for individuals who excel in delivering exceptional member service and are motivated to contribute to our success. Call center hours:

Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional member service to our valued members, exceeding expectations with every interaction.

• Handle a variety of inquiries and issues with grace and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution and member satisfaction.

• Utilize advanced problem-solving skills and product knowledge to address complex member concerns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall member experience.

• Consistently exceed performance metrics, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
