Call Center Representative (Security)

Paychex is supporting a well-known Security Solutions Company, and they are seeking a highly motivated Guarding Agent. This role is an in-office position that offers a competitive hourly pay, benefits, & PTO for their employees! On top of that the provide food for their employees during their shift at least once a week! There are 3 different shifts you can choose from depending on your shift preference. 1st shift is from 7am-3pm. 2nd shift is from 3pm-11pm. 3rd shift is from 11pm-7am.

As a Remote Guarding Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Answer inbound phone calls in a timely manner
• Understand customer service and satisfaction are the primary goals of the organization
• Actively track, verify and act upon video alert signals received from customer locations
• Follow the standard operating procedures
• Communicate with law enforcement, customers and other emergency personnel

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer savvy (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, gamers welcome)
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
• SORA certified or equivalent
