Call Center Representative (PT & FT)

Paul Mitchell The School Toledo is seeking qualified full-time and part-time Call Center Representatives to join our family! Objective:

The Call Center Representative is the first point of contact for prospective Future Professionals that are interested in enrolling in a Paul Mitchell School. The Call Center Representative is responsible for establishing initial contact, building rapport and conducting a qualifying pre-assessment of each prospective. They will assist prospective students in scheduling and preparing for their school tour and career planning session, while providing them with answers to their questions regarding Paul Mitchell Schools education, the enrollment process and opportunities for our graduates available in the beauty industry.

Essential Functions:

• He or she masters and manages the school's CRM lead tracking system for all lead follow-up.

• He or she masters and utilizes The Strategy Lead Follow-up System and customizes sample scripts for lead follow-up.

• He or she documents all CRM Lead Profile non-negotiables in the prospective students' CRM lead profile.

• He or she masters the Admissions Telephone Questionnaire for engaging prospective Future Professionals, and documents all information in the school's CRM.

• He or she manages and engages prospective Future Professionals via phone, text, email and live chat.

• He or she attends daily, weekly and quarterly download meetings, Pow Wow, monthly Town Hall and staff trainings

Work is performed in an indoor environment and requires sitting and vision to monitor for long periods of time
